* Accurately enter large volumes of data into our systems in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies
* Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies, ensuring proper formatting and consistency across databases
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to careerzynith's data protection policies
* Assist with maintaining and updating databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
* Provide data-related reports when needed, using data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations
* Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on data quality and integrity
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), with experience using data visualization tools and software
* Experience with data entry, administrative support, or related roles is a plus, but not required
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
