Job Summary:
We are in search of an energetic Coding Educator working in a remote role that will be responsible for ensuring inpatient coding accuracy based on education and training of staff and focus on maintaining a quality patient clinical database.

Ā Coding Education & Training- Hospital Inpatient
Ā Staff Development
Ā New Coder Orientation
Ā Coding Inquiry Management
Ā Subject Matter Expert
Ā Issue Resolution
Ā Coding Technologies
Ā Documentation Standardization
Ā Process Improvement
Ā Reviews E&M levels selected by physicians on a monthly basis and provides feedback in order to increase awareness and accuracy.

Ā CCS, RHIT or RHIA
