**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. You'll be responsible for proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes, and managing job postings on various job portals. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities will be essential in driving our talent acquisition efforts forward.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
* Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes
* Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply
* Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
* Collaborate with our multicultural teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a focus on accuracy and precision
* 1+ year of previous work experience (although we welcome candidates with less experience who demonstrate potential)
* Advanced English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
* Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
