Use your expertise, broaden your professional scope, and contribute to the growth of PSI's innovative referral programs.In this role, you will build and manage a country-specific network of referring physicians across various therapeutic areas. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and effective referral process between referring physicians and study investigators.This is a Home-based position in the United StatesYou will:Identify and select physicians, providing them with valuable training and support throughout the referral process to enhance their skills and effectiveness.Plan and conduct regular visits to referring physicians, whether in person and/or via video conference, to promote collaboration. Following this, you will be responsible for documenting key discussions and objectives in a report.Provide ongoing support to referring physicians and their teams, ensuring agreed-upon tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.Collaborate with various departments at PSI CRO, including Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Legal, to ensure the successful implementation of the referral process across all projects.QualificationsCollege/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training & experiencePreferred experience as a Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Research Nurse, Nurse Navigator, or other professionals who have experience navigating medical systemsExperience communicating with physicians and/or investigators requiredOncology and/ or Gastroenterology experience is a plusAvailability to travelAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentPC skills to be able to work with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointAdditional InformationIf you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
