This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and develop valuable skills that will set you up for success in your future career. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your responsibilities will include: * **Data Analysis**: Use data analysis tools to investigate complex data, perform statistical analysis, identify insights, and create actionable reports. * **Customer Experience**: Possess the execution of customer communication and education programs in stores, work with the sales team, and possess search questions for a designated category. * **Planning and Determining**: Support category funding by following execution against organizational financial targets, create sales reports that investigate sub-category performance against overall business results, and uphold determining as assigned. * **Highlights and Promotions**: Create and execute approved recommendations for features across stores and online channels, carry out themes for monthly category features, and uphold choices on suggested measured methodologies. * **Measured and Collection**: Support the execution of isolated design standards for a category alongside the sales team, uphold walkthrough execution, possess vital changes based on post-walkthrough analysis, and make suggestions. * **Classification Organization**: Support suppliers with the goal of provider issues and support the arrangement of new suppliers for stores and online, get missing, item-related data from suppliers or wholesalers to ensure items are accurately set up. * **Business Execution**: Support the execution of strategies and activities by identifying client and functional needs, creating and imparting field-tested strategies and needs, eliminating barriers and impediments that influence execution, and creating alternate courses of action. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * **Bachelor's Degree**: Currently enrolled in a four-year certification program * **Strong Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions * **Excellent Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * **Strong Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner * **Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools**: Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software * **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * **Marketing or Business Background**: Experience in marketing, business, or a related field * **Data Analysis Experience**: Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and statistical analysis * **Proficiency in Programming Languages**: Experience with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL * **Familiarity with Retail Operations**: Experience in retail operations, including store management, inventory management, and customer service **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and a range of benefits that will support your physical, mental, and financial well-being.
