As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and building robust data model architecture, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions, and providing guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this knowledge to transform data within our Cornerstone Big Data platform. * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. * Leverage transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions and ensure data quality and accuracy. * Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems. * Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and building automation tools. * Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. * Collaborate closely with our utility teams to outline, develop, and capture commercial enterprise needs. **Requirements** * Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred. * Excellent typing speed and accuracy. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating online systems. * Flexible availability to work varying shifts as needed. * Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, and build management and troubleshooting for data-driven projects (3+ years). * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative environment. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $35. * Remote work opportunity with flexibility to work from home. * Access to comprehensive training and support resources. * Potential for career growth and advancement within arenaflex. * Eligibility for employee benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and more. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
