Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, while also contributing to the development of our data entry processes and systems. Key Responsibilities As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer support to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborating with our data science team to develop and implement data entry processes and systems that meet the needs of our clients. Designing and implementing data entry workflows that are efficient, effective, and scalable. Working closely with our development team to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities. Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions. Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data entry and customer support. Essential Capabilities To be successful in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in data entry, customer support, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, such as Tableau or Power BI. Favored Capabilities While not required, the following capabilities would be a plus: A graduate degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field. Experience working in a machine learning or data science role with a large technology organization. Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools and technologies. Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
