**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Maintain and manage IT assets, including data and business information systems
* Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve data accuracy and efficiency
* Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues
* Provide exceptional support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, technical notes, and training materials
* Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in data entry, IT asset management, or related field
* Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins or Docker
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or IBM Cloud
* Strong knowledge of data security principles and best practices
* Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
