**Schedule and Availability**
This is an on-call position, offering flexible hours from Monday to Saturday. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process. As a Remote On-Call Customer Ambassador, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote On-Call Customer Ambassador, you will be responsible for:
* Extending a warm welcome to every customer, ensuring an exceptional level of hospitality
* Providing support to team members by equipping them with necessary resources for success
* Relaying customer feedback and concerns to supervisory staff
* Upholding current marketing, wellness, and culinary initiatives
* Facilitating weekly promotions and programs designed for guests
* Sharing industry best practices and recognizing the contributions of colleagues
* Displaying thorough knowledge of menu items, effectively communicating details to customers
* Advocating for effective selling techniques to assist customers in their decision-making process
* Ensuring food displays are attractive and meet established presentation standards
* Performing additional duties as required
**Required Skills**

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
