We utilize cutting-edge software and tools to collect, mine, and interpret data and the statistical analyses and reports we produce to inform decisions with a global impact. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Business Intelligence and Data Analysis team in Austin, Texas. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assessing business data to create meaningful insights and metrics, identifying patterns that improve business performance. You will support best practices and data sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business, you will also guide clients in determining data requirements. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist, you will: * Analyze data, draw conclusions, and provide summary analysis and interpretation to business management * Collaborate with business to identify new reports needed to support business requirements * Streamline and standardize reports at regular intervals, define and influence metrics definitions from a global perspective * Design, run, and implement solutions to support the business and collaborate with other teams to provide feedback and contribute to process improvement * Pursue industry trends and discuss them with internal business groups * Pursue industry trends and discuss them with internal business groups **What We're Looking For** Each arenaflex colleague brings something unique and valuable to the table.
