Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and project timelines. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve best value. Manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, and material delivery schedules. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to understand material needs and specifications. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities in procurement. Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent understanding of procurement procedures, contract management, and supply chain processes. Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic purchasing decisions. Outstanding organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
