Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Amazon team in a fully remote part-time position. This role offers flexible working hours, with shifts under 4 hours daily, and a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00. As a WFM Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of data within our workforce management systems. Your primary tasks will include processing data entries accurately and efficiently, verifying data for completeness and accuracy, and collaborating with team members to resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities


Accurately enter and update data in various systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity across all systems.
Generate reports and analyze data for operational insights, providing recommendations for process improvements.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes, staying updated on software and industry best practices to improve efficiency.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:


Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in data entry, administrative roles, or a similar position is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
