You'll be responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience, resolving issues efficiently, and providing technical support to ensure our customers achieve their goals. If you're a self-motivated, success-driven individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues efficiently. - Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Respond to online chat inquiries and email correspondence in a timely and professional manner. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure consistency and accuracy. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain and improve skills and knowledge. **Essential Qualifications** - 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management - Comfortable working from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period - Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet - Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required - NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites - NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous experience in customer support or technical support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus **What We Offer** - Paid Training - Full-Time, Seasonal role - Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay - The convenience of working from home - Collaborative and supportive team environment - 401K Match - Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA) - Paid time off (PTO) **Compensation** - $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications - Performance and attendance-based incentives, in addition to the base pay **How to Apply** If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply.
