Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional services and making a real difference in people's lives. **Job Description** As a Full Stack Data Entry Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and executing complex queries, developing reports, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with our internal clients and stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs. * Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients; translate results, and make recommendations to business areas based on findings. * Design and develop packages for internal clients. * Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, assure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods. * Turn data into actionable insights through reporting solutions. * Troubleshoot technical issues. * Present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders. **Required Qualifications** * 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) * Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle * Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL * Crystal Reporting experience preferred **Required Education** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience **Responsibilities** Senior Analyst, Informatics Qualifications Bachelor Degree **Job Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * A complete range of medical, dental, and vision benefits * Eligibility to join our 401(k) retirement savings plan * An Employee Stock Purchase Plan for eligible employees * A fully-paid term life insurance plan for eligible employees * Short-term and long-term disability benefits * Various wellness programs, training assistance, free development courses, a CVS store discount, and discount programs with collaborating partners * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid vacations during the calendar year **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about delivering exceptional healthcare services to our customers.
