**Job Summary**
As an experienced full stack data entry professional at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our network infrastructure and internal workstations. You'll be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data accurately, as well as providing specialized technical support to our clients. **Responsibilities**
As a full stack data entry professional at careerzynith, your responsibilities will include:
* Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately and efficiently
* Providing specialized technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software and equipment
* Conducting site visits to investigate issues and introduce or update equipment and software as needed
* Communicating with clients by telephone to discuss issues and concerns and resolve problems
* Exploring issues by researching online information sources and internal sites to identify solutions and implement fixes
* Conducting follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved
* Completing service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Strong data entry skills, including accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients
* Experience with Microsoft Windows (client/server) and other software applications
* Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, and other internet browsers
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
* Experience with data entry software and applications
* Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco)
