Job Summary As a Data Entry Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating customer information into our database, managing customer records, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time remote position that requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and update customer information into our database, ensuring all data is current and correct. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and responding to customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Record Management: Manage and maintain customer records to ensure all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. Reporting and Analysis: Assist with generating reports and analyzing data for accuracy and completeness. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity, adhering to company policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in data entry or customer service roles, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiar with data management software and CRM systems. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
