We're looking for a talented Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team and help us unlock the full potential of our data. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses. You'll work closely with our analytics team to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them. **Responsibilities** * Locate and extract data from various sources to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives * Clean and curate datasets by identifying and addressing data quality issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to determine the best sources of data * Design and develop data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses to support business needs * Collaborate with analytics team to develop data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making * Develop and maintain data models, including data dictionaries and metadata management * Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical support to stakeholders * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and standards for data engineering * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them **What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)** * 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or a related field * Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT patterns * Proficiency with Python, SAS, or other comparable tools and programming languages * Ability to troubleshoot a reporting database environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently * Self-starter with a resilient, solution-minded approach to complex problems * Consistently prioritizes data security and protection of sensitive information * Embraces diverse perspectives and thinking styles * Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States **What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)** * Bachelor's degree or certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, or a related quantitative field * Previous experience in the airline industry * Working knowledge of and/or experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP) * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) **Benefits and Perks to Help You Keep Climbing** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive.
