As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and making a real impact every day. **What We Offer** * **Work From Home**: Enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection. * **Full Time Employment**: Commit to a consistent 40-hour workweek, with opportunities to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment. * **Competitive Pay**: Earn $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $350 per month through our incentive plan. * **Shift Differential**: Receive an additional $1.50 per hour for working between 6PM-6AM, and $1.00 per hour for working on Saturdays and Sundays between 6AM-6PM. * **Incentive Plan**: Earn up to an additional $350 per month by meeting performance metrics, including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence. * **Career Growth**: Opportunities to advance your career in a supportive and innovative environment, with a focus on employee development and growth. * **Benefits**: Comprehensive benefit options, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. **What You’ll Do** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * **Efficiently managing a high volume of inbound calls** in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently. * **Listening actively** to understand customer needs and offering clear, accurate information to resolve their queries. * **Accessing cardholder accounts** to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies. * **Assisting cardholders** with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, with a focus on providing accurate and timely information. * **Processing transactions efficiently** via web-based applications and handling research requests with precision. * **Communicating in a warm, empathetic manner**, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations. * **Maintaining in-depth knowledge** of company and client programs, policies, and technology, with a focus on staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices. * **Supporting team operations** during peak times or absences, with a focus on maintaining seamless service and ensuring that customer needs are met. **What We’re Looking For** We're seeking a dependable team member with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
