You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our data engineering capabilities. **Responsibilities** * Assemble large, complex datasets that meet non-functional and functional business requirements * Identify, design, and implement internal process upgrades, including re-designing infrastructure for increased scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes * Build required infrastructure for high-quality extraction, transformation, and loading of data from diverse data sources using AWS and SQL technologies * Build analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insights into key business performance metrics, including operational performance and customer acquisition * Work with stakeholders, including data, design, product, and government groups, to support their data infrastructure needs while addressing data-related technical issues * Generate or adapt tools and technology to serve customer needs * May perform other process responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying concepts, techniques, procedures, and tools for the design and manufacturing of diverse products and services * Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and concepts involved in the manufacturing of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models * Ability to apply common sense and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems * Ability to understand the implications of recent data for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making * Skilled in understanding complex problems and reviewing associated data to develop and evaluate alternatives and implement solutions * Ability to alert when something is incorrect or is likely to go wrong.
