**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our Data Engineering team at careerzynith. As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based data pipelines and systems that support our business operations. You'll work closely with our data scientists, engineers, and analysts to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
* Designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based data pipelines and systems that support our business operations
* Developing and deploying data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy data-driven solutions
* Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data pipeline
* Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues and errors
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering and analytics
* Participating in code reviews and contributing to the development of best practices and standards for data engineering and analytics
**Essential Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have the following essential qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and support
* Strong knowledge of Python and SQL (ideally with Snowflake)
* Experience with creating in a multi-cloud environment (Dev, QA, Prod, etc.) and DEVOPS strategies for code organization/development
* Experience creating and maintaining automated job schedulers
* Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture
* Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working with huge datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
* Proficiency in cloud design and product development, ideally AWS
* Experience overseeing and delivering code using a source control tool like GitLab/GitHub
* Experience using Docker
