As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data systems and applications that drive business growth and success. You will work closely with our product, design, and AI teams to develop data-driven insights and recommendations that inform business decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel ideas and opportunities * Plan and run A/B tests of our latest suggestion algorithms * Proactively monitor our suggestion models to identify potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve * Develop new tools that enable us to be more efficient and effective * Work closely and build strong relationships with our product, design, and AI partners * Communicate key findings and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of professional experience in a data science role (including any graduate education) * Experience with investigation or data science in e-commerce organizations is a strong plus * In-depth experience with SQL (total capabilities, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.) * In-depth experience with Python and Python libraries (Jupyter notebooks, libraries, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.) * Experience with exploratory design (A/B tests) and statistical analysis to drive business navigation is highly desired * Experience with AI algorithms/strategies (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting is highly desired **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative mindset * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with partners * Demonstrated history of taking ownership and driving results * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and technical capabilities alongside critical thinking skills **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and growth.
