In this role, you will own the end-to-end consumer experience for a new proactive healthcare product, shaping how millions of consumers engage with this new vertical for the company.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end consumer journey — from discovery and education through onboarding, treatment, and ongoing engagementPartner with engineering and design to build AI into the core consumer experienceLead projects through the ideation, development, and launch of innovative customer experience featuresPartner with our clinical teams to ensure protocols, safety, and education are core to the product experienceHelp shape short to long-term roadmaps, driving long-term scalability while balancing day-to-day improvementsMaximize efficiency in a fast-growing company with a constantly evolving environmentSkills4+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience in a consumer-oriented product role; experience in health, wellness, or category-defining 0-to-1 products is a plusA strong point of view on where AI can meaningfully reshape the consumer healthcare experience, and you're excited to build it into the core of the productFluency working with AI agents and building AI-native workflows and systemsAI-native is your default operating mode.
