**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development**

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Run unconditional exploratory data analysis to identify novel insights and opportunities * Plan and run A/B tests of our latest recommendation algorithms * Proactively monitor our recommendation models to identify potential issues, determine underlying drivers, and resolve * Develop new tools that enable us to be more efficient and productive * Work closely and build strong relationships with our product, engineering, and AI partners * Communicate key findings and recommendations to cross-functional senior leaders across the organization **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related field * Strong experience with SQL (full capabilities, query optimization, stored procedures, string parsing, Vertica/Hive/Voila/Flash, etc.) * Strong experience with Python and Python libraries (Jupyter notebook, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.) * Experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive business outcomes * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative attitude **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with machine learning algorithms/methods (decision trees, random forests, deep learning, etc.) within a business setting * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) * Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) * Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong business acumen, scientific skills, and technical abilities alongside critical thinking skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
