**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
* Strong understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and data visualization techniques
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics techniques
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present complex insights
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
