As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead new-business sales, manage complex deal cycles, and collaborate with various teams to drive revenue growth across the North American market.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a targeted sales strategy within the assigned territory to penetrate key prospects (C-level), acquire new logos, and drive revenue growthAct as the CEO of your own territory by assembling and leading a pod (SDR, channel partner, and marketing team) to execute go-to-market strategies and consistently hit quotaHand over the deals to the Account Management team to ensure a seamless customer experienceQualify leads early and effectively by identifying pain points and matching personas to Bloomreach’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sales to navigate complex sales cycles and drive high-value dealsEnsure a robust sales pipeline by maintaining 3x the quarterly target through active prospecting and engaging effectively with C-level clients via various channels, including cold-calls, marketing lead follow-ups, RFPs, professional relationships, local marketing agency contacts, webinars, networking, and face-to-face meetingsCollaborate effectively with enablement, product marketing, customer success teams, account managers and other internal stakeholders to acquire and retain customers to ensure a seamless customer experienceConduct thorough business needs analyses, prepare high-level client briefs, demos, and proposals presenting the unique value proposition of Bloomreach, and explain how it satisfies their needsClearly articulate how Bloomreach provides value over competitors and ensures shortlisting for purchasing decisionsUnderstand the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and influence it early onManage the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting, maintaining high standards of data hygieneDeveloping ability to multithread, by building and maintaining long-term client relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, offering regular follow-ups and checking in on evolving needsProvide insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to improve our product and sales effectivenessDemonstrate initiative in your role to grow the businessSkills4+ years years of quota-carrying experience (B2B sales) selling software or software-as-a-service (SaaS)Deep knowledge of MarTech technologies, CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS, Search and Merch or data capabilitiesA proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue quota in a Sales Manager or equivalent roleWell-established presence in the local markets with a relevant networkThe ability to successfully negotiate and close deals in a highly collaborative team environmentDetail oriented, relationship-building skills, and a focus on a high level of customer service, having a passion for building rapport with clients and helping their businessesThe ability to adapt to new environments and use your own initiativeExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-calibre presentation skillsExcellent time management skills, positive attitude and a 'love of selling'Willingness to travel up to 50%BenefitsHealth care including medical, dental, and vision insurance401k plan with employer contributionA great deal of freedom and trust.
