**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Transportation Analytics crew. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with our customers to extract insights from large, messy datasets and develop data visualizations to inform business decisions. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems.
**Responsibilities**
* Work with large, messy, disparate datasets and perform ad-hoc analyses to inform essential business decisions
* Develop data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
* Engage with team members and cross-functional groups on a periodic basis to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
* Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting (screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition)
* Document your approaches and share your expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert
* Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Product groups to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and latency across multiple operations and systems
**Key Qualifications**
* Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity (2-4 years of experience)
* Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau Dashboards (1-2 years of experience)
* Business Operations Fluency, with the ability to recognize and root-cause business problems (Supply Chain background, ideally with transportation experience)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau
* Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
* Experience with Python or other scripting languages
* Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
