Our Consumer Insight, Measurement & Analytics (CIMA) team is a key part of our organization, and we're looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) crew. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business outcomes and improve guest experiences. **Job Responsibilities** As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to our Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce teams. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Performance Analytics and Forecasting**: Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions. Monitor agent performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish. * **Measurement and Analytics**: Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to conduct analyses and build/preserve reports. Monitor data quality and accuracy, and collaborate with team members and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results. * **Data Storytelling**: Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data. Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners. * **Process Execution**: Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines.
