As a Performance Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about using data to tell compelling stories and drive business outcomes. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Digital and Travel Operations Analytics (DTOA) team. As a Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce, leveraging your expertise in forecasting, root-cause analysis, and data visualization to drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and recommendations. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions * Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized analyses from start to finish * Build dashboards and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data * Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners * Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various programs * Execute programs critical to business operations under strict timelines **Measurement and Analytics** * Leverage multiple reporting tools and databases (Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, etc.) to perform analyses and build/maintain reports * Monitor data quality and accuracy; improve as needed * Collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results * Apply advanced analytical techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights * Stay up-to-date with current data technology trends and share knowledge and best practices with team members **We're Looking for Someone with:** * Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role * Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques * Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, etc. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) * Desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment * Experience with SQL and R or Python **Nice-to-Haves:** * Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python * Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and technologies * Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-40/hour * Opportunity to work with a global leader in the entertainment industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth * Flexible remote work arrangement **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented data analyst with a passion for storytelling and a knack for uncovering insights that drive business outcomes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
