As a Performance Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about using data to tell compelling stories and drive business growth. **Job Responsibilities** As a Performance Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to our Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt Disney World Commerce teams. Your key responsibilities will include: * Conducting forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions * Monitoring agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing personalized analyses from start to finish * Building reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data * Presenting and discussing findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners * Creating, maintaining, auditing, and optimizing reports and documents used to support various programs * Executing programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines **Measurement and Analytics** As a Performance Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work with multiple reporting tools and databases, including Tableau, Snowflake, Hadoop, Dataiku, Excel, and more. Your responsibilities will include: * Leveraging multiple reporting tools and databases to conduct analyses and build/maintain reports * Monitoring data quality and accuracy, and making improvements as needed * Collaborating with team members, leaders, and business partners to answer complex business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible results * Applying advanced analytical techniques to test hypotheses and extract actionable insights * Staying up-to-date with the latest data technology trends and sharing knowledge and best practices with team members **We're Looking for Someone with:** * A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role * Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques * A proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, decisions, and more * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time * Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) * A desire to excel in a fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous business environment * Experience with SQL and R or Python **Nice-to-Haves:** * Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses * Knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI * Excellent SQL skills and fluency in R or Python * Ability to quickly adapt and learn new tools and skills * Ability to maintain and develop relationships with partners/clients/team members * Graduate degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in analytics or data science **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary range of $25-40/hour * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate with talented professionals * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a passion for innovation and creativity * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply:** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
