New Construction Business Development - Real Estate

Remote Full-time
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused New Construction Business Development Specialist to expand our presence in the Austin real estate market.

This role is centered around building and maintaining relationships with builder sales teams, staying in front of new construction inventory, and creating consistent opportunities through those partnerships.

This is a commission-based role for someone who knows how to create opportunities—not wait for them.

You will be expected to create opportunities, stay visible in builder communities, and turn relationships into contracts—while not being limited to new construction.

We’ll also equip you with our playbook to build your real estate business and generate more sphere-driven clientele than you thought possible.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Build and maintain relationships with builder sales counselors and on-site reps
• Stay up-to-date on builder inventory, incentives, and timelines
• Regularly visit and stay visible within builder communities
• Connect buyers to opportunities that fit their needs
• Represent clients throughout the new construction purchase process
• Negotiate contracts, incentives, and timelines with builders
• Generate your own business through outreach, networking, and follow-up
• Build a personal pipeline of both new construction and resale clients
• List and market homes for sellers, including pricing strategy, preparation, and negotiation

Compensation
• 100% commission-based
• Earn on all transactions (new construction + personal production)
• No cap on earning potential

Who This Is For
• A licensed real estate agent in Texas with some experience preferred
• Someone confident walking into builder communities and starting conversations
• Strong relationship builder who can stay consistent and visible
• Self-starter who does not need leads or micromanagement
• Someone motivated by performance and growth

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
