careerzynith is seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our High-Level Investigation, Content Development team. As a key member of our team, you will apply advanced analytical methods to drive business decisions, identify untapped opportunities, and enhance our content portfolio. Key Responsibilities
Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions
Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
Collaborate with our content development team to enhance our content launch and episode release strategies
Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
Design and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical decision-making
Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
Effectively communicate key findings and insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI methodologies
Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python programming languages
Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
Proven ability to work independently and apply creative problem-solving skills to complex challenges
Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Pleasant TO-HAVES
Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
