Key Responsibilities Work with large, complex, and dynamic datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions quickly. Design and implement ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or processes that integrate data from multiple sources into a single table. Develop data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of changes and special business challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Product, to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across various projects and systems. Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting, such as screen captures, metrics prioritization, and anomaly detection. Document your processes and share your knowledge with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics). Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity. Creativity and a customer-centric approach to develop meaningful dashboards and visualizations. Business operations familiarity, with the ability to understand and root-cause business issues. Supply chain foundation, preferably with transportation experience. Outstanding communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications Advanced experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with e-commerce operations or package carrier operations. Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages. Familiarity with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, or Data Prep.
