**Key Responsibilities**

As a Full Stack Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Owning and maintaining weekly/monthly dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs) and related deep dives
* Automating data layouts and reports using SQL and Excel
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, test hypotheses, and measure the impact of machine learning (ML) and product changes on key metrics
* Developing and maintaining data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

**Key Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on working with large complex data sets
* Strong SQL skills, with experience working with databases and data modeling
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience creating complex spreadsheets and data visualizations
* Ability to focus on high-impact areas and drive results
* Strong collaboration and critical thinking skills
* Experience working directly with business teams to use data and analysis to inform business decisions

**Essential Capabilities**

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
* Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or R
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

**Preferred Capabilities**

* Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses
* Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles
* Experience with data storytelling and presentation techniques
* Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices
* Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
