Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.
Develop and maintain data models, databases, and data warehouses to support business intelligence and analytics.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve data analysis and visualization capabilities.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data warehousing.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:

Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Experience with data governance policies and procedures.
Certifications in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
