Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must be based in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for executives and team members.
Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management.
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning.
Respond to inquiries and provide customer service via email and phone.
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist with project coordination and administrative support tasks.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
