As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business operations and decision-making * Answer critical business questions and provide expert knowledge on various business streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions * Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products * Utilize data perception tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data * Apply clear and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering) * 3+ years of professional experience as a data analyst in an information and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a compelling story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome * Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and oral) skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners * Ability to present to senior leadership **Good TO-HAVES** * Master's degree in a scientific field * Demonstrated data analysis skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc. * Experience with marketing landing pages, join channels, and business spaces * Ability to identify and properly escalate issues to management * Counseling background, MBA, or other multi-industry experience * Strong inspiration and ability to work independently * Exceptional written and oral communication skills * Humor and creativity * Remarkable interests or areas of expertise that impact the way you interact with others and tackle business challenges **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25/hour * Flexible part-time schedule with 8 hours of work per week * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the private sector * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Continuous learning and professional development opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven data analyst looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
