As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you'll play a critical role in driving the development, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions. We're a company that's always looking to the future, and we're excited to have you join us on this journey. **Your Role** As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be responsible for leading the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and AI (ML) model development for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver exceptional visitor experiences through intelligent and data-driven systems across blithequark's Encounters (DX) platform. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to drive ML methodologies and identify areas where business issues can be addressed creatively by applying ML * Leading and working with cross-functional teams of experts and data scientists to execute and scale ML solutions to create magical experiences for our visitors and push the boundaries of functional objectives * Driving innovation, idea validation, innovation funding, and customer engagement that leads to the development of top-tier AI platforms * Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionizing ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets * Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews **Required Capabilities and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies * Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and make decisions to complete tasks * Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field * Preferred: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that's always pushing the boundaries of what's possible * A competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A collaborative and supportive team environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to the latest technology and tools * A comprehensive training program to help you develop your skills and expertise **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and innovative individual who's passionate about data analysis and AI, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
