Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to provide timely and precise communication, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Collect and enter orders for our products, managing the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners and confirming accuracy. Field customer questions and concerns, taking appropriate actions to develop resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain customer records in our CRM and other business systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals. Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven customer support experience, with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations. A professional, outgoing, and service-oriented approach, with a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems. Familiarity with Zendesk and Asana. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail. A service-oriented approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
