Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – AI Model Development and Customer Support

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI models that drive business growth and improve visitor experiences
* Work with data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI models that meet business requirements
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
* Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity
* Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and data science
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, and AI development
* Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
* Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), quality assurance (QA) cycles, and agile methodologies
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
* Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure
* Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
* Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
* Experience with data representation and data validation tools such as Splunk, Plotly, or Tableau
* Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis
**Education:**
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
* Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (desired)
