**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Adversarial Abuse and Analytics Lead**

With a team of innovators and creatives, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible with technology and imagination. **Job Summary** As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you'll lead our efforts to prevent and mitigate online harm on arenaflex. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and eliminate malicious actors, as well as analyzing data to inform our abuse prevention efforts. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of analytics, abuse prevention, and data-driven decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Lead the Adversarial Abuse team responsible for identifying and eliminating malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, and other forms of online harm * Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate online harm, including working with cross-functional teams to develop new tools and features * Analyze data to inform our abuse prevention efforts, including identifying trends and patterns in online behavior * Collaborate with the Strategy Development team to develop new approaches to abuse prevention, including using machine learning and other technologies * Work with the Product Management team to develop new features and tools to support our abuse prevention efforts * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law enforcement and industry partners * Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on our abuse prevention efforts and progress * Manage a team of analysts and engineers to support our abuse prevention efforts **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics * 4+ years of experience in a related field, including experience with data analysis and abuse prevention * 2+ years of experience leading a team of analysts and engineers * Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making * Experience with machine learning and other technologies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate education in a related field * 2+ years of experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection * Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities * Knowledge of SQL, R, and/or Matlab * Exceptional influencing and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams * Strong business acumen, with the ability to use data to drive strategy and business decisions **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a global team of innovators and creatives * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about using data to drive decision-making and have a strong background in analytics and abuse prevention, we want to hear from you.
