As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, helping them navigate the careerzynith platform and resolve any issues that may arise. You'll be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with clients to resolve how-to questions and investigate issues on the careerzynith platform
* Provide a "human-first" experience through voice and written communications across various channels, including chat, email, phone, and careerzynith devices
* Develop expertise in careerzynith products, both from a technical and client-use case perspective
* Identify opportunities to enhance client value and drive business growth through innovative solutions and best practices
* Work closely with leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that drive efficiency and client satisfaction
* Collaborate with peer colleagues to increase client engagement and retention, fostering a cohesive team environment

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
* Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript
* Experience working with various helpdesk software platforms, including Zendesk, Freshdesk, and ServiceNow
