Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service practices and share knowledge. Stay updated on blithequark products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or product teams. Requirements Previous experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a technical support environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze issues and provide creative solutions. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with blithequark products and services is a plus, but not required. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions. Educational Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science, preferred.
