We're seeking a highly motivated and self-learning Customer Support Specialist to join our team, working closely with the AWS Private Estimating Projects and Encounters (3PX) group. As a 3PX Client Service Expert, you'll be responsible for analyzing client requests, identifying recurring themes and pain points, and reporting insights to internal stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to drive consistent upgrades and improvements, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Learn and apply the basics of the careerzynith Private Estimating System to become an informed authority on client service
* Examine client assistance data to identify subjects and friction points in the client experience and patterns in the business
* Answer inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs
* Convey business insights to key partners to provide experiences and metrics
* Provide recommendations for short-term client solutions while contributing to long-term practical solutions at scale
* Contribute to improving efficiencies through automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication for enhanced operational performance
**Essential Capabilities:**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 4+ years of direct client support experience, identifying and detailing patterns to drive quantifiable outcomes for a complex sales/support organization
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to update senior management on needs, status, data patterns, and provide tooling and training recommendations
* Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to cross-functional audiences
* Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the careerzynith offering
* Skilled at marrying data with accounts to determine significant insights
* Rapidly acquires complex ideas independently
