**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science)

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the technology or software industry
* Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and online marketing principles
* Experience with agile project management methodologies
* Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Support Professional (CCSP))
* Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic)
