[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive (South-Eastern Europe & Central Asia)

They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales, build relationships, and manage complex deal cycles in the Oil and Gas sector.ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of end-to-end deal cycles - prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, closePenetrate and win new enterprise accounts (80% new logo, 20% upsell/cross-sell)Drive complex deals from outreach to contract, with full accountability for results and forecastsBuild and execute strategic account plans, engaging early in customer buying cyclesNavigate long sales cycles across multiple stakeholders from bottom to the top (IT, Procurement, Legal)Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Legal to move deals forwardLeverage tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Gong, and ContractBook to manage pipeline and communicationsRepresent Cenosco globally – travel to meet key customers and attend major industry eventsSkills5–7+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience in scale-up or high-growth environmentsProven success closing mid-to-large deals (> $500k ARR) in complex buying environmentsStrong domain knowledge or experience selling to Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining, or Petrochemical industriesEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, adaptable, and resilient attitudeOutstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to build C- and VP-level relationships from scratch and guide them through the buying processA collaborative spirit, problem-solving mindset, and the drive to winFluency in Russian is required to effectively serve our customers across Central Asia and the CIS region (Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and others)Willingness to travel internationally as needed (30%+)BenefitsFlexible work that best fits your needs and the roleCompetitive compensation with some niceadditionalperksContinuous improvement and learning opportunities to grow your careerTeam activities, not the usual one just to look nice on social media but what our team choose and ask forCompany OverviewCenosco's cloud-based platform offers a smart, sustainable approach to maximizing asset productivity and instrumentation safety.
