**Role Overview**
As a Customer Support Agent at careerzynith, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions across various channels. **Main Responsibilities**
* Deliver top-tier support via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
* Troubleshoot customer issues and provide personalized assistance, actively listening to their needs and preferences

**What We're Looking For**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and a passion for building strong relationships
* Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms (a plus)
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically
* Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred)
* Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
**Technical Requirements**
* Personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
* Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment
