**Experienced Full Stack Customer Success Manager – Commercial Growth and Expansion**

If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for customer success, a knack for wearing multiple hats, and a drive to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you. **The Role** As a Commercial Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 75 commercial accounts, focusing on maximizing the impact and value of our platform for users, stakeholders, and their businesses. You'll be the primary point of contact for your customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, proactive adoption, and successful renewals. Your days will be filled with a mix of strategic planning, customer engagement, and tactical execution. You'll analyze customer usage metrics to identify opportunities for upselling, monitor health metrics to proactively address areas of concern, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable customer success strategies. **Responsibilities** * Manage a portfolio of ~75 commercial accounts, maximizing the value of arenaflex for users, stakeholders, and their businesses * Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless integration of arenaflex into their sales processes * Analyze customer usage metrics to identify arenaflex features that might provide value and proactively lead upsell conversations * Monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans to address areas of concern * Assist with Technical Support for your customers as needed * Help develop a scaled approach for customer success and retention, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently * Serve as the voice of the customer within arenaflex, providing product feedback to ensure commercial customer requirements are successfully met **Requirements** * Sales domain expertise and experience working with GTM stakeholders is critical * 2+ years of B2B SaaS CSM experience managing a portfolio of 70+ accounts with a successful renewals track record * 2+ years of product implementation, and customer onboarding and support experience, ensuring easy access to relevant resources throughout the customer journey * 1+ years of SDR experience * Familiarity with Sales tech stack and experience with tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Apollo * Comfortable with data analytics and experience using data to proactively identify customer challenges * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Self-starter with experience learning and working with a rapidly-changing SaaS tool, ideally in an early-stage startup * Demonstrated success taking ownership, working across teams, and wearing many hats in a dynamic, fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a startup environment, with a focus on rapid growth and innovation * Familiarity with arenaflex's AI Sales Assistant Platform (ASAP) and its applications in sales and customer success * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights * Experience with customer success metrics and KPIs, with a focus on driving growth and retention **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including equity, generous perks, and comprehensive benefits.
