Our team collaborates across Engineering, Revenue and Ops teams to transform ideas into intuitive, valuable solutions that delight our users. This role reports to our Chief Product Officer and is open to Remote (US).ABOUT THE ROLEBestow is looking for a Product Marketing Lead to contribute in the following ways:Conduct market-informed strategies to effectively communicate Bestow's value proposition and drive customer acquisition and retentionLead competitive analysis efforts to identify market opportunities, track industry trends, and articulate Bestow's unique differentiators in the insurance technology spaceEstablish and maintain a strong voice-of-customer program, ensuring customer insights systematically inform our product development and marketing strategiesCreate clear, consistent messaging frameworks and positioning that effectively communicate Bestow's unique value across all customer touchpointsPartner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to develop coordinated go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releasesBuild and lead a product marketing function that serves as the bridge between our product development and customer-facing teamsYOUR EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree or higherMinimum 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within fintech, insurtech, or B2B SaaS companiesDemonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomesExtensive experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights methodologiesStrong track record of creating compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiencesExperience building and leading successful product launches with coordinated go-to-market strategiesProven ability to establish and scale product marketing functions, including developing processes, frameworks, and best practicesDeep understanding of B2B marketing techniques, sales enablement, and customer journey mappingOutstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadershipAbility to collaborate with and communicate with both technical and commercial teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and customer data into actionable insightsExperience in regulated industries, particularly financial services or insurance, is highly desirableTOTAL REWARDSAt Bestow, we’re proud to be awarded for our team members, innovative products, and culture.
