**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts
* Understanding and applying careerzynith's solutions and technical capabilities to client needs and requirements
* Collaborating with clients to proactively identify opportunities for growth, optimize usage, and drive adoption
* Developing communication strategies for holding business value discussions at client executive levels

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A 4-year college degree in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field
* 2+ years of client success, solution delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
* 2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

**Essential Skills and Competencies**

* Strong understanding of cloud services and technical capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts
* Proven track record of driving business growth and success through partnership development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with careerzynith's services and solutions
* Knowledge of careerzynith's technology roadmap and strategic initiatives
* Certification in cloud services or related fields (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Developer)
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
