Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Effective completion of mandatory training programs.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (WPM).
